Hi I am from sri lanka. and PP doesn't support my country. So I was looking for withdraw my money from PP. one of my friend told me a simple way to withdraw money. here it is. register with freelancer.com and moneybookers. first upload paypal money to freelancer.com and withdraw from freelancer to moneybookers. It worked well, but lot of commission charge for this way. I hope this will help you guys. thank you
Just to let you know, once they know that you are trying to do money exchange they will keep your money either hold or send back to PayPal.
FYI I have personal experience on this too. Although my circumstances were different, not exchanging money.
