pay out to affilates. the easiest way?

We are going to have own affilate network for our products and services. I have never done that before and I am wondering how to pay out let say to 100 affilates every month. What is the easiest way to pay out to every affilate?

If I was you I would sign up through cj.com or a similar system. Otherwise you will have a nightmare. Btw what is your product?

Unless you think you're going to have a huge site and affiliate program, just stick with someone like Commission Junction. Since you're only planning on 100 affiliates I think cj could be okay.
