Pay from PayPal instead of credit card?

    hi, im still new to this paypal thing. is it possible to pay others without withdrawing the payment?can i pay using the balance in paypal?:confused:

    If you attempt to send money to somebody via PayPal, the sending page clearly gives you options as to which funding source you want to use.

    You can pay from your balance, but an unverified account has a sending limit though.

    You can definitely use your positive Paypal balance to pay others.
