pay from paypal balance

    i have paypal account but i don't have credit card or bank account to add into paypal account. can i buy items from my paypal balance? if my friend send me money from his paypal account?

    yes you can pay using your paypal balance. There is an option there if you wanna pay using card or using your paypal balance.

    It depends which country you from
    For the unverified paypal account, there are a limitation on sending, receiving and withdrawing, different country have different amount. What you should do is lock into your paypal account, then click the 'View Limits' link on the ‘Account Overview’ page, then you can see your sending limit.
