mind you i know nothing really of adwords, but i was wondering can i attack a keyword or a subject that the ctc rate are like .01 and get like 10,000 click to drive random traffic to my site? or is that out of the question or can i even get 10,000 clicks without google getting suspicious

If the keywords are random , they won't be cheap. You keep costs down by being relevant. If you pay for 10,000 clicks, Google has no objection, but that theoretical 1 cent keyword is hard to find.

I would say what is the point of getting random traffic to your site? You want traffic targeted to your keywords in order to convert them not just random passers by you'll just be giving money away and have a low conversion rate and then Google will charge you more for your keywords. I would learn more about how Adwords works before taking the plunge there is a lot to learn and i would start of with something small to test keywords not just jump in sending 10k clicks to a page.

I am going to start a new website. I had already bought the domain name. But I want to do PPC in my website.
My doubt is, Whether Google is providing any credit to our adsense account to start like the credit giving my Yahoo?

why on earth would you want random traffic to your site. the chances of them having any interest in it are slim to none. spend the time and money instead on building a good site people will actually like and repeatedly visit.

hmmm random traffic would be basically low quality content network purchase. You will get cheap clicks, but I am not sure about whether it will be great traffic.
