Pay bills online?

    i don't have an online bank account. how i can pay my bills by credit card online fast and easy :confused:

    I just wonder how can you have a cc if you dont have a bank account? If bank is providing cc then its providing onlien account too, You should get an online account

    My parents' are able to pay their bills online but they have an online banking account.

    It's easy are free to get one so why not just get one :)
