They also install adware and trojans on your visitors' computers. I had them on my proxy sites for awhile until I discovered that fact.

Just report the thread to the mods.
They will take care of the affiliate link in his post, which is against the rules, but most who spam here don't follow the rules anyway!

    Hi,

I think that you should be pretty wary of pay-ads. 1 or 2 of our publishers were running it side by side, so we decided to take a look.

It seems that Pay-Ads can offer its CPM rates because of a variety of methods including bundling their code with malware, slipping in popunder and popup code in its javascript, and automatic redirects of your site. For example, a site with Pay-Ads, upon loading, will show the normal pay-ads banner. Then, it will spawn a pop. About 10 seconds later, your page will be redirected to another promotional PPC search engine, and will install malware on your visitor's computer sometime in between.

It's a nasty scam, and if anyone is promoting it, I'd scrutinize their ethics.

As an added bonus, your site is blacklisted by Google and other search engines as having badware. What shows up in the search results is "This site may harm your computer", thereby reducing your SE traffic to 0. And, your visitors lose trust in your site and stop visiting.

If you have no visitors, you can't earn much from even a 3.5/CPM
