I can't agree with you for that. It depends on what kind of traffic you get. In my experience, I am receiving more than $5 in every payout (they are in every 5 days). And in the last 4 days (1 day more left) I made more than $13 (check the screenshot below and look for the last payment date too). That is a lot more than I make from some other, more popular ad networks. The only disadvantage of Pay-Ads is the ugly ads and bad grammar website, but for me, it is important the payment.

Yep, this is true. They say that they pay on every 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30-th but actually there is 1 day delay (at least in my time zone), but they really pay (see proofs above).
This is one of the crappiest sites I have ever seen but its pr4. Maybe its cause these people are greedy for a little bit of money and in return they get a backlink.
NOT scam. I have been paid on time while I was using them (2 months ago). You just need to make sure you have lots of USA/UK visitors and you don't care much about your sites visitors (adult, warez, etc).
i believe that pay-adz is not a scam coz i have been paid by this site many times, maybe you just need to wait. and please wait time frame maybe they are just busy, try to give little time to them to validate your payment.
