    Hi,

    I don't know if anyone else is having this issue.

    I've always been more than thrilled with Paxum except for now, this week.

    I moved to withdraw money to my bank account from my Paxum account & I STILL haven't received it.

    Before it took 24 hours, max 48 hours for me to get my money, it's now Friday & I started the transfer on Monday early in the day.

    I'm VERY nervous now as another much larger amount was put into my Paxum account before I could make other arrangements, so I had to start the transfer yesterday.

    The contact at Paxum has put a ticket in, but this is NUTS. I've been using Paxum for almost a year now & I NEVER had this problem until now & whatever that glitch was back in February.

    Is anyone else having this issue?

    That's not the reason. Once again they switched ACH processors & once again there are issues.

    Yesterday after I spoke to someone on the phone at Paxum, I was told a ticket would be opened. Nothing was opened. I called back & they didn't answer their phone. This isn't the first time this has happened where I call back & suddenly there's no staff there.

    It's now Tuesday & I STILL don't have close to $600 of my money that I should have received last Wedn. & Friday. This is causing me so much stress I can't sleep.

    Banks in the US were open both on Friday & on Monday.

    We'll see if I get an answer today.

    The contact I had on Skype Ruth Blair doesn't have her Skype on & she ALWAYS has it on.

    I just called them & AGAIN they aren't answering.

    I was hoping that when I got up the money would be in my account, but it's not.

    WHERE'S MY MONEY PAXUM????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

    Once again problems with Paxum. This is the 3rd time this year & we just hit the half way mark. Every time I go through this it's time away from me working (so lost wages) & the stress both of waiting & having to deal with incompetence.

    Again I didn't get my money the following day (which would have been Tuesday this week) & again they play games saying I need to wait 5-7 business days instead of just getting accounting (this is what was done last time) to look into the issue & reissue the transfer so I get MY MONEY!

    Last time in the end I found out that the transfer came back after 3 days because of an error which means accounting should already know that I didn't get the money (it's been 4 days now) & just reissue it!

    Every time this happens they tell me to wait, & EVERY TIME I tell them I should NOT have to wait, as every other time it works I get the money the day after I do the transfer, but they don't listen.

    Ruth told me to submit a ticket on Wedns. which I did & of course today I got the same BS of me having to wait until 5-7 days are up. They do this so they can hold on to your money. There's no other reason to tell me to wait if I always get my money within 24 hours & they know I get it within 24 hours. If they needed proof I could send them my bank statements that clearly shows it always takes 1 business day.

    I IMed Ruth on Skype today realizing that she didn't respond back to my last 2 IMs yesterday & I have yet to hear from her today. Also last week I added another bank account to my Paxum account & that seems to be delayed too.

    Yes Ruth has helped me in the past, but not before much stress & long delays.

    And once when I was very upset with being told to wait another day, I said I can't believe you work for such a terrible company & then asked her if she would be okay with not getting paid if the company she worked for didn't pay her, she got insulted & made it seem like I was the problem for being upset & speaking my mind.

    Why get insulted by a valid question. While Paxum isn't issuing me the original amount I'm getting, they are the ones responsible for me getting my money. The company already paid me (this is my hard earned money), the problem is with Paxum, therefore they are stopping me from getting my weekly salary.

    If you work for Paxum, it should take one day to tell accounting to review this transfer. Accounting sees that it didn't go through, reissues it & I get it the next day. This is how it was resolved last time in April, but it took them forever to get accounting to review it b/c so many OTHERS were also not getting their money. Something that could have been done within 24-48 hours took I think over 2 weeks last time. I didn't write down how long it took, but I know it was way over a week.

    Now it's the weekend she hasn't responded to me & I have to wait until Monday, then Monday there will be another excuse.

    Just b/c a business still operates doesn't mean they are any good. There are tons of businesses out there that are terrible or scammers & they still operate.

    Since you are blase about what I wrote, I guess you don't care if you make money or perhaps you are rich so missing one paycheck doesn't matter to you, but most of us on here, do care about making money & being able to pay our bills ON TIME.

    Not at all, I just say that they are still in business. You may be right and I agree with you on your points, but sometimes you need to hear things from several sources.

    Are you saying they have paid me my money & I'm lying? That I'm making the whole thing up?

    That I come on here every few months b/c I have no life & I just make up stories?

    Even Ruth above acknowledged that I finally got my money, so that's proof right there that there was an issue.

    Wow, you have some serious trust issues OR you are in some way affiliated with Paxum & you don't want people to know the truth.

    People, I'm NOT lying. I don't lie, it's not within my nature to do so. I have a life, I don't need to come on here & make up stories.

    Paxum has my money & they STILL haven't given it to me.

    They are making excuses as to why I don't have my money & aren't doing anything to rectify the problem. VERY SIMPLE.

    Anyone who wants to contradict that better come up with proof that I'm lying otherwise assume they are affiliated with Paxum in some way & are trying to hide the truth.

    This is the 3rd time this year I've had this problem with Paxum.

    Day 6 & I still don't have my money from Paxum.

    This time support listened to me & actually e-mailed Accounting, BUT they wasted my time & a whole weekend when they could have done this last week as I requested.

    I just found out this morning, that Ruth did the same thing. She avoided sending my ticket to accounting so I'd have to wait & stress about my money for 6 days now, so I won't be dealing with Ruth anymore. I don't like passive aggressive people who act as if there is NOTHING WRONG with their company. She was nice at first, but then became robotic in personality when I was upset about me not getting my money back in April & this time it was the same thing.

    I didn't even get an apology this time for the INCOMPETENCE of this terrible company. Not from her, not from support. They don't give a shit! Why should they care? They get to keep my money, collect interest on it & play games.

    I also received more money into my Paxum account today, so let's see if I get that money tomorrow or AGAIN they keep my money & then play games with me for another week telling me they won't investigate until 5-7 days are up.

    Paxum never answers their phone & they don't take responsibility for their screw ups. Everything is blase with them, so I'm going to be switching to another wallet & pay the extra few dollars just so I know I'll ALWAYS receive my money on time.

    Paxum makes it seem like this is NORMAL that they hold on to my money for so long using the excuse of the 5-7 days, but I can tell you this is NOT normal.

    Even one of the companies that pays me told me last April that Paxum lost their wire transfer, so both the recipients & the payers go through extreme amounts of stress with Paxum. I know I'm not the only one, I just may be the only one complaining about it in public although there are other threads on other sites about Paxum online.

    I must say, so far with Payoneer I've had no problems, although in all honesty, as I'm that honest & detailed, I've only been paid by them 3 times so far as I only use them with one company.

    I am pretty sure now things in my account are going to bounce since I don't see me getting my money by tomorrow.

    Who's responsible for that???

    Paxum isn't, that's what they told me last time.

    I will be reporting Paxum to the governing body in Quebec (yes, Paxum is a Canadian company run out of Quebec).

    Day 7.

    I FINALLY got my money I was supposed to get last Tuesday today. A whole 7 day wait.

    The money I transferred yesterday didn't make it into my bank account today, so unless I get it tomorrow (I doubt it), Paxum is once again holding on to my money.

    I had things I needed to purchase & pay for & now I can't.

    Also I messaged support last night & all day today no answer.

    The game playing HAS TO STOP!!!!

    PAXUM GIVE ME MY MONEY THAT IS DUE TO ME or RETURN IT TO THE VENDOR so they can pay via another method!!!!
