Paxum - Questions about identity verification process

    Hello!

    I've registered an account at paxum.com and I wan't to withdraw funds but I need to have a verified account. I've sended the documents (3 days ago) but it's still saying :

    "Our records indicate that your profile needs to be updated. Please submit.
    • Proof Of Identity
    • Proof Of Address"
    Does anybody know if it's normal and how long I should wait?

    It was a scan and not a photography of the document so they refused them...

    They generally accept document if it is english otherwise they reject it. If you are having the passport photocopy, send them.
