Hello. Does Paxum allow users to transfer funds from one verified user to another verified user? I already asked them a few days ago but they didn't respond.
Some of our clients have had success using the Paxum Mastercard to fund their Paypal account, however some have not had the same success. We have not been able to pinpoint why the card works for some clients for this purpose and not for others, presumably that is something Paypal would be able to explain. For those who have been unable to add their Paxum Mastercard to directly fund their Paypal account, we have noticed that if a Paypal invoice is sent to an email address not associated with a Paypal account, and the Paxum Mastercard is used directly to pay the invoice, that that method appears to work. Thanks for your interest in Paxum!
And if one doesn't want to fund Paypal, but just link it to Paypal, and then use Paypal to buy stuff - does this work?
Yes, as stated, some clients have no problem linking their card to their Paypal account. The best way to find out is to give it a try yourself
The thing is I'd rather know for sure, than have to pay for the debit card, get it verified, and then find out it doesn't work with Paypal. Let me see who else provides a loadable debit card that does work with Paypal as well.
For what it's worth, if you verified your Paxum account and requested a Paxum Mastercard you would pay the $44.95 annual fee. If you then chose to close your card, we would pro-rate the annual fee and refund the difference to your account. ie: if you used it for 1 month then closed it we would credit the 11 months back to your account. Just so you know the full situation as you make your decisions.
