Paused campaign acruing charges?

    So... I paused a campaign 3 days ago (paused all ad groups)... no charges the past two days, today it's gone through several hundreds of dollars worth of ad spend. Nice. Anyone know why? Gotta get G on the phone I guess.

    3 days ago is an issue. I know the content network takes a couple hours for most changes to actually happen, but 3 days is nuts!

    I read somewhere on googles site that pausing a campaign is not effective immediately. I guess it takes them awhile to make the change.

    I've seen this myself when pausing campaigns but never with the $ amount and and so late after being paused.
