Already several ppl are subscribing their lists and creating accounts almost at the same time or in at least in the same week. And now so many others too find those sites and create accounts just for the sake of getting backlinks. so those site owners will come to know this and change links to nofollow or scripted etc. that is the reason this method may not work long.

I still don't know how she did it, I had a look at the google result and the thought did crossed my mind to try and replicate it, but I gave up before I even started.

My guess is that not many people are optimising their site for the keyword "Angela". Yes, there are millions and millions of results and yes it is a singular keyword but there's no real incentive to optimise a site for a name like this. Unless of course your name is Angela and you want to show off your results.

Personally, I'm not convinced about this method. I don't think it works effectively enough to rank for anything vaguely competitive. Indeed I have yet to see one person give one example where they are ranking for something competitive by using this method ALONE.

As some people are reporting some success with it, I will assume that the method can be used to rank for some non-competitive keywords.

I just bought her links last night. I've got a few high profile links for myself - I'll use her links - not holding my breath though. I trust in Squidoo, HubPages and GoArticles (EZA takes to long to approve articles).

I'm sure Paul and Angela want to thank you for sabotaging them.

And the people who paid for the packets want to thank you for opening the flood gates to a bunch of noobs who spam these sites leading to webmasters removing their links.

    Well done.

This is not a comment on whether it's worth investing time in it, since it depends how you implement the method, which keywords you target and which other backlinking methods you compliment it with (I don't think you'll have much sucess with just creating profiles and dropping links in them without doing anything else). However, I would ignore the pagerank of the site you mentioned above because the site is only a few months old. Also, the purpose of these backlinks is not to pass PR but to provide an improvement in the SERPs.

Ive been thinking about these links obtained through profiles via angels backlinks and other similar backlink packages. Even if they are dofollow or nofollow they are still indexed if the website owner allows that page to be indexed. Also google has recently changed policy saying that irrepsective of nofollow they will decide whether the link is worth counting or not.

Both Paul and Angela offer their link packets for a fee. The info is copyrighted. Anyone who "buys" (steals) from any other source is violating the law. Do the right thing, people.

Some of the information is available for free using a simple Google search. Anyone can do anything they like with this information.

The value of this information is pretty low anyway so I doubt they will care to be honest as they will still continue to sell their monthly packets.

I think you'll be better spending your time finding more relevant content rich sites to get a link on. One of these would be worth much more than a load of profile page links.
