I would urge anyone never ever to hand their card processing facilities over to the fraudster at Patrasys; it is a scam and a fraud. We signed up with them and process over £15,000 worth of credit card payments over a 4 week period; NONE of this money was ever transferred into our bank account. When I rang to query I was very angry and was told to stop raising my voice by the individual; when I failed to do so, he called me an "english racist (!!) and said he had now disabled my account. I tried to log into my account a few minutes later and, indeed, he had wiped all traces of it from the system. I kept calling and calling, and on the 1 out of 10 occasions he actually answered the phone, he hung up on me the moment I mentioned my name. I went round to his "offices" at 145 St John Street and 23 Austin Friars, both, surprise surprise accommodation addresses; I eventually located the scammer at Flat 11 Carlton Place, 32 Kingswood Drive, London SE19 1UR, have a look at the address with Google Streetview!!! Eventually I told all my customers to initiate chargeback proceedings and I managed to claw the money back pursuading my customer to give me their card details and let me process through RBS WorldPay. This is one guy operating from what appears to be a council flat; if you have been scammed make a formal allegation of crime with the Police; please note that the scammer registers on all the forums and posts positive reviews about himself the moment a scam alert is raised; on one of the forums, this has now been discovered and he has been banned form the forum; I noticed he did this on this forum as well and even managed to apologise to himself
No, still waiting for my money; I phone every day, but Greg Moore always hangs up when he knows it is me; I notice a lot of new warning about the site at siteadvisor.com. Follow their advice: if you have used their site in good faith, IMMEDIATELY cancel your credit card and go to the Police.
Let me see if I can answer this question objectively? 1) Uses only accommodation addresses/maildrops...hmmm, not good 2) When pressed, says he is based in "Croydon"; when you ask where Croydon is, he tells you its in "England"...hmm, rather suspicious 3) Phones are very rarely answered...very naughty 4) When the phone is answered, it is often answered silently, in case it is the Police or the Daily Mirror...very poor show 5) Run by 1 guy with at least 50 different aliases, many of them female....oh dear 6) Never pays out ANY money....oh dear oh dear oh dear 7) Extremely well known to the Police...puff puff puff 8) Reported on over 25 internet forums as a vicious scam... now that's not good 9) When annoyed expect a letter from the "ligil dipartment"... back to school 10) Your credit card is used to fund loads of other purchases...very bad Is it is scam..or is it. By Jove, it is.
Greg Moore has now stopped answering his phone altogether, knowing it is either going to be a defrauded customer, someone who had their credit card used by him to "buy stuff", the Police, Trading Standard, the Daily Mirror, or the Inland Revenue.
