patience wearing thing - lost ranking

i recently had the ranking for one of my sites virtually disappear - www.nicerink.com - used to come up #1 for "backyard ice rinks", but when we relaunched the site a few months ago, we dropped down to around the 50-80 mark (depending on when you search). we did change some of the page names, which i realize didn't help, but our home page still has a PR of 6 and it's almost invisible in the SERPs. am i missing something? it's been > 3 months now!!! if anyone could help me out as well, i'd appreciate it. thx in advance.

PS - here's some more info on the site: websitegrader.com/wsgid/421376/default.aspx

Your home page is not indexed. Instead, it is showing this page:
    www.maketradefair.com/index.htm
Do you know anything about this? Also, if you are still showing toolbar Pagerank, I am sure it will register as "forged" on any site that is still able to check.

no ideal who maketradefair.com is...or why on earth it shows up. can you explain what you mean by "it will register as "forged""?

also, the home page is indexed, but for some reason it's indexed with the index.php at the end:

    ei - nicerink.com/index.php instead of nicerink.com/

we've removed the references to index.php a few weeks ago in the sitemap and the internal links within the site

    thanks for the help...much appreciated!

    Hi there

I had a look i couldnt see anything outstanding and yeah ur homepage has been indexed under index.php, if you only took any references away from that a few weeks ago, might take a while to settle down im afraid, as i cant see anything glaringly wrong, maybe somone else with more knowledge than me will comment and give us all some insight !

yeah, it's quite frustrating...the concerning part is that the index.php page wasn't showing up in many search results at all either...even after a couple months! very confused at this point.

thank you for taking a look - i appreciate it! :)
