Paths don't match - What does this mean?

    Paths don't match
We've detected that you submitted your Sitemap using a URL path that doesn't include the www prefix (for instance, http://example.com/sitemap.xml). However, the URLs listed inside your Sitemap do use the www prefix (for instance, http://www.example.com/myfile.htm).

All the URLs in my sitemap match www.example.com. It says this for all my sites. Can someone tell me what is actually wrong and how to correct?

    Thanks!

Why I do to validate, the validation page shows the following:

    Error (100)

Error: general entity "category" not defined and no default entity

What does this mean? How do I correct?

    Thanks!

You should make sure the sitemap path submitted also has www in its path when you submit? For more info check this about URL/domain errors in XML sitemaps. That should get you started. If not, I think you will have to give us the exact URL to your website and sitemap URL.
