pasting in screen shots

I tried to paste in a couple of screen shots into a post, however I'm not able to.

I tested it and can paste it in to Word and other forums, so I know it's not my PC.

What do I need to do to be able to here? I've seen other posts with screen shots, so there must be some way.

By the way what I do is to press 'shift' and 'print screen" to copy the screen shot then right click and 'paste'.

 

Try opening MS Paint. On the edit menu, hit "Paste".
