I'm trying to get a Past Due report from the optigold web interface, is this possible? I need to somehow get this data out of optigold for scripting purposes (I want to be able to push Past Due notices to customers, through our dialup software).

In theory I suppose it's possible since you can access any of the raw data via XML. But it would require a little bit of development on your end.

Ok, I don't doubt it's possible if I develop a solution to talk XML, if I knew how to do it, and had the documentation to do so. What I really meant to ask was, where is the PAST DUE REPORT at on the optigold web based management interface. I see most of the other reports available there, however PAST DUE is not available. Is this an oversight? Or is there someway I can compile a list of the PAST DUE folks via options to some of the reports that do exist.

Not all reports are available through the web interface (including the past due report).

But even if it was, it wouldn't do any good for what I think you want it for, since the reports are rendered into an image when viewing on the web.

Oh, you are right, I was going to parse the output and flag these users in a SQL userbase I have.
