past due accounts

    i have an automated service running to cancel past due accounts but no accounts are getting canceled when they become past due

    If you click on the "Cancel Customers" button on the main menu manually, does anyone come up in that list?

    If you go to the machine running automated tasks, does it say "Automated Tasks Are Running"? Also, what was the last date/time that task was run?

    yes the last date it says it was done on is 1/1/2001 12:00am (it is able to create invoices automatically)

    Set it to yesterday, with a time of 1am... maybe it was too far in the past.
