Password retrieval for a person on hold with out access to email

    When we put a customer on hold, they can not surf the net or get access to their email. They do get an on hold screen with a link to make a payment online if they forget the password to the account, is there a way to send them that information via web interface?

    How exactly would you want to authenticate that it's the right user if they don't have access to email?
