    Hello,
I have a problem logging into one of my hosting accounts. It doesn't recognise my username / PW. My hosting provider can login fine using my details so it looks like its to do with my laptop. I've already tried deleting cookies / history but problem still exists.

I've also run my updated Spyware Doctor but found no problems. I have the same problem wether I use IE or my usual Firefox browser. I'm stuck! Is there a file on my computer elsewhere I need to clear? Problem only occurs with this one login. Other sites are fine.

Thanks in advance for your help!

May be you are using the wrong login details, since your hosting can login with the username and password. Please just copy and paste the login details. If that did not work, then try to login from another computer to know if the problem is from laptop. If you can not login from other computer too, then I think the problem is from your hosting company. Please ask them to reset your login details. I hope it help, good luck

I think that technically, him logging in ok using same login details covers the use another computer idea but thanks, I will try from a third computer to be sure as he is the host.

Man I'm confused.. you can tell your host to reset the password to some new or temporary password if it persists.
