Password not working...!

I had to reboot my Mac G4 today (with Optigold 3.38 open), and when I tried to open Optigold again FM didn't want to open.

I removed the Filemaker Prefs files and tried again. This time, I was presented with the Optigold login as usual, but now my password didn't work!

I've tried to recover Mainmenu and Global, and have tried to upgrade again.

    Nothing helps...

    Any tips?

You could try recovering the Security_.fp5 file.

    What if that doesn't work...?

I've tried replacing the Security, Key and Global files with older versions.

Is there anything I can do to get this up and running?

There is no "universal backdoor" into the system if that's what you are asking. If you have forgotten your login/passwords, you can send us your files and we can reverse engineer them to recover your logins/passwords for you. There is a $100 fee to do so.

I'm 100% positive that I have not forgotten the password. Somehow the files have been corrupted. Where is the main password stored?

    In the Security_.fp5 file.

Have any idea as to why it doesn't help to replace the Security_fp5 file with one from backup?

The only thing I can think of would be if the username/password is being entered incorrectly.

I still have problems logging into my Optigold system... I don't think I enter the username/password incorrectly.

However, I need to get this up and running fast, as I'm unable to bill customers as it is now...

How do we do this? Should I ZIP all my files and send them to you?
    What address?

Easiest thing to do is just zip up the Security_.fp5 file, and send it to
