Selling Passive income UK tax refund site for sale

Selling my website (www.clickto.tax) recognised by HMRC (you can verify this through their website) which allows the UK public to register a free account and automatically and easily claim a tax refund (if they worked from home during the COVID pandemic), we would take a percentage of the claim in return (around £50 per claim).

With a strong social media marketing you could easily reach thousands of UK residents who will all agree to claim as it’s free to do so and convenient. It doesn’t require much convincing as they will receive a tax refund which they were not previously aware of!

Price includes website (this is the software that makes the process automated), PHP/MySQL hosting, domains (I own all domain variations of .com/.co.uk which all redirect) and a handover of how things work.

Why are you selling this site?

This requires a budget and knowledge of social media marketing, which I’m unable to offer. Suits someone with a background in social media marketing!

How is it monetized?

We take a cut/percentage of each completed claim.

Does this site come with any social media accounts?

Yes will come with Facebook and Instagram handles of @clicktotax, these are not active at the moment.

How much time does this site take to run?

Not much maintenance or admin required on your side, it’s 90% automated - will show the buyer how to operate things in the sale (it’s straightforward and you don’t need to be a technical person/expert).

What challenges are there with running this site?

A strong Facebook or Instagram campaign is needed to drive traffic to the website and convert to new completed claims. Experience with social media marketing is essential.
