Passing Id and PR

    Hello all,
    I want to know if there is a way to pass id as well as PR for example http://www.url.com/index.php?id=1
    is my link so Is it possible that this link would pass id as well as it would pass PR or count as my backlink as well.

    The simple script i use would be something like this:
    That is actually image linking.
    <a href="http://www.url.com/index.php?id=1 " target="_blank"><img src='http://www.url.com/images/banner.gif' width='92' height='67' border='0'></a>

    id is passing a value and stored in database.
