Passing Copyscape?

I have a question regarding copyscape. In order for something to "pass" a copyscape test, does this mean that there can be absolutely no search results which show any copied material at all, or does it just mean there should be less than a certain number of words matching on results??

Could someone fill me in please?

    Thanks
    Ben

I'd rather see no results to deem it as a pass.

You should see no results at all.
