If I send a past due notice it comes through as an attachment of type text/plain. I am sure i am missing a setup somewhere.

Does the attachment have anything in it?

    It just says "text/plain".
The title of the Attachment is:
    Attachment (iso-8859-1 document)

    Thanks,
    Justin

But if you open the attachment itself, does it have anything? Or is that what it says within the attached file itself?

Yes, the only thing in the attachment is the line "text/plain". Invoices go through okay, just the past due ones.

Did you verify that your past due letter has content? And that the correct past due letter is selected from the drop-down list?

That did it. I had changed the name of the letter. Thanks a ton.
