    Hey,

I am not sure if i need a partner or not, of curse depends which partner it will be.

I have a forum and i see a great potential both on the domain name i have and the forum revenue, most of the forum revenue is going to be from selling ads space, there are forums already who earn about $1,000 a month from selling space on the forum and they have 20,000 members and they achieved it in about 2 years.

now don't think it's a get rich idea becasue it's not and it should have lot's of investments on advertising.
do you think it's good to have a partner? because as i can see it i dont know if i can handle 20,000 members when i achieve it, it seems too much so why not to aquiere a partner from the beginning?

you already have a forum so i can't see how you would have time for mine forum as well, i also look for people with will and courage and wise to promote the forum since they don't have one yet, you have one so it's not good...

Unless you want to split the expenses of marketing then you don't really need a partner for a forum. Usually you can pick some of your best early members to make admins/mods to help you out free of charge (never discuss anything relating to finances and profits with them). You can have them manage the forum while you focus on marketing it.

20,000 members is nothing to handle if they all become inactive or are just spam bot signups.

It only becomes a bit of a job when there are alot of members that are active.

when your forum becomes more popular you probably can get moderators freely.

A forum with 20,000 members shouldn't be hard to handle. Usually there are plenty of people willing to be a moderator for free or whatever, so that will help you out. Usually forum members just register, post once or twice and never come back anyways. I am a staff member of a forum with about 160, 000 members and very few of them are actually active.
