Hey guys and girls!

Ok so here is the real deal. I’m a 17 year old that is just about to go back to college as well as starting two new businesses, which I still don’t know how I’m going to leave time to eat, wash and sleep.

I also just acquired a TLD .us domain FreeCcsTemplates.us now I was going to build a site make a load of templates, SEO the whole thing to the first page, and make a whole pile of green, everything sounds sweet!

But now I don’t have time because as we all know web design, SEO and other stuff that takes time, which I don’t or is in short supply of at this moment in time.

So I started think what could I do other than park the domains which I hate because I think that templates are f*****g ugly on all domain parking services!

Here is what I’m looking for in a partnership if that’s what you call it?

I’m after someone that has a load of time on there hands, and would love to develop a site around this domain. Basically how it works you send me a doc about yourself like a CV that sweetens you up, I pick someone that sounds cool and can deliver what they state. P.S. I hate BS so you can just leave that out! I will write you up a contact between us both and you can develop it I want to be involved so anything u stick under my domain I want to know about! You can use the domain for as long as you like. So what’s the catch well I would want 50% profit share of any revenue.

This is what I’m looking for:

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with all of the following: HTML/XHTML, Javascript and CSS.

• High Spec Graphitic Design.

• Expertise with translating designs into production-quality code that is W3 compliant and multi-browser cross-platform compatible.

• Experience with getting websites listed on the first page of search engines in under six months for both million dollar keywords and niche keywords.

• Great work ethic. Must be enthusiastic! I hate lazy people!

Preferred Experience:

• 
  Know how to run a small business
