    Hello everyone

I'm an entrepreneur from the UK amongst many things and currently looking to develop a few websites. I however have very little skills with programming (I have some design experience)- looking for a partner to bring into the company who will reap the lucrative rewards of our projects long term.

We have a few niches that we are already in, including the healthcare industry and the seduction industry. Within both industries we have experts who are top of their field, and we are very well networked.

I am however having difficulty finding a good programmer/designer who has a passion and talent for coding/design. If you fit this profile please do get in touch because I would love to talk with you!

    Thank you!

You may find it difficult to find a skilled programmer to be a partner in projects. Anyone that is fairly skilled is more than likely already employed or self-employed. Especially here in the US, the goods ones are already taken.

There are tons of freelancer matching sites out there and you could also post here in the forums, work with someone on a contract or per site basis and if it works out your relationship should naturally grow. Like the OP said most good programmers are employed.

I've been looking for the same.

You will have to run through a lot of jokers trying to find one. I have been looking for months. However, I want someone US, or Canadian based. So maybe that complicates it.

I am now going to my local area colleges trying to get interns.
