Hi!!! I want 5 partners to involve in my new freelance website.Here are the details related to it: Investment:- $800 from 1 person and $400 from remaining 4 person. Why 2 types of investment? -We are actually in need of a person who have business acount in paypal and from US.That person need to invest $800 as deposit and investment and he will be forever our partner in our website till we don't have any other option. Is this temporary investment? -Yes, it is temporary investment for minimum 6 months. How our profit is divided? -We will divide the profit in following ways:- We (total 3 guys selected for admin) :- 50% $800 investor :- 10% with minimum 2 years partnership $400 investor :- 10% with minimum 6 months partnership Is return guaranteed? -Yes, we will do NDA agreement where we will write that if we don't get profit then we will return your payment after your term period is completed. Investment is higher than it needs? -It is so because for marketing,We will just invest ~$150 in script and remaining goes for management and marketing. What makes your website unique, why would it profit rather than alll the other freelance sites out there?
So what are the guarantees that you are not going to just take the money? A contract... when you're overseas... just for $400/$800... Also, do you have a business plan?
There won't be anything unique than any other freelance website as we don't have new unique tool in mind for freelance website but if you have than you can share if you become investor..But also we can guarantee that the website will go in profit.We are a internet mareketer with my personal experience with 4+ years and I have done best in some useless website although there was very high competitor with best content. And we have our own strategy for this type of website that we have planned since 3+months (not old) and till now we don't own any website except one for which we don't want to use our mind as it is future website and people won't love it for 2 years as much we think. We will do NDA agreement and we will introduce each other clearly when you will be interested to invest. And as stated above this is simple freelance website that we will launch and I don't think we need to say more than this...But if you are asking for marketing plan then we have that ready in paper and will distribute between investors and discuss if we are in wrong way in any point and improve it... Another question that I saw maximum in partnership thread is that Why do you want investor when you can make money with your team? -This is because as we have already stated in our thread that we are not eligible to have business account representing our country as paypal only supports us to send money but not to receive and I have paypal account with my friend in India who is their for study and I don't think who is not interested in Internet should be our partner.It will just6 create dispute between us and I don't want that. I think you are clear why we need partner form US.Yes, we need him/her to to transaction of website in paypal and we will handle moneybookers here. Another question can arise here Why don't you take only one partner than if you want just paypal account holder? -This is because if we take 1 partner than why not to take other also.As I have already got dispute between my partner 2 times and I realized and got suggestion that never keep only 1 partner because there won't be anyone else to decide the problem.But if you keep more partner than it will be secure for both you and your partner.This is why we need other 4 partners. As well, when we get 5 partners we will introduce each opthers with phone no. and everything else with one masters NDA between 6 partners ( representing us too).So, if there is fraud between any partner we will be able to fight with that case.
