I am in need of a partner for my Graphics related work as with the amount of work I can't do both coding and Graphics on my own.This is based on the profit sharing basis for projects with high value and per job for smaller designs. I will be sharing profit on the basis of how satisfied the customers are with designs.Initially accepting designs on profit sharing basis which will include theme or template creation for CSM and multiple subpages for regular websites with mainpage, in addition graphics jobs like banner, logos, Forum Signatures etc will be assigned.So I basically have jobs of every kind of graphics and the person must be able to do them all with specified specifications and all designs must be unique. If the quality and the completion time of the graphics is good then I will assign pay per job based graphics too.The person must be complete the graphics in specified time frame.Initially I will assign small designs and will see the quality of work.
