Partner Needed - Over 2 million pageviews a month entertainment network

I'm in search of a partner to help bring my entertainment network of sites back to life. I'm so busy with other things that I need a helping hand.
The network overall receives over 2 million pageviews a month with ZERO advertising.

What I'm looking for in a partner is

1.) Someone who has the time to take on a project of this size - it's never ending
2.) Someone with coding experience is a must...OR, If you don't have coding experience and would like to hire a coder, thats fine with me also.
3.) Available over IM
4.) Speaks fluent english
5.) Someone with goals....someone who wants more in life then a 9-5 job.

This network is already established (2 million pageviews a month) but needs some work to make it a serious power-house. At one point the network was receiveing over 4 million pageviews a month. It wouldn't take much effort to get it back to those levels again, I know exactly how to do it.....but like I said, I don't have the time to do it alone with other larger projects being worked on.

Hosting is of no issue - (4 dedicated servers to work with)
