well i'm about to give that domain a long long sleep till someone with high price (the .com is sold for $18k and it had an offer already for $2k) will want to buy it, unless some one with a great idea will come to me and say "hey, i have the resources and the idea to make that domain a good project". The main ideas for this domain is Personal Blog, Forum, Social Network or a Shop (i.e BANS store) end of story

That is not true, bigspot.com has nothing on it, it doesn't represent a company and it isn't a registered name, thus they can't claim it. also they ask for history of the domain and not the date it was registered, they check archives what was on the domain.
