hii all i have one question

we have 3-4 more website and using dropdown menu same as in our website mobile section.
will it be a problem as a duplicate content ?

As it contains mobile handsets name ( apart from this our content is different )

if it is a problem then is it possible that google didn't index some portion of that page ???

what to do to get partial page indexed in search engine

I think there will be no problem since the content is different for you

Always content is the the king for Search Engines and for visitors

Why would you have a problem if your menu is the same on couple of sites? If the content is different you want have any problems...

As stated above, no problems should be experienced. With having the same menu on all of your site's pages, won't be seen as duped content imho, as your partial pages all have different content.
