    What do you understand by working 4h daily? Is this time you expect someone will create project you give him OR it's time daily when designer have to be ready to work on demand = live (for ex. you sening him some PSD and talking via Skype what to change etc.)? If that 2nd than $2.5 is simple FUNNY :)
