Parking question

I know this is a newbie question, but is it possible to develop a site that is parked? What I mean is, can there be a minisite on a parked page?

I've wondered about this because on he one hand it would be far more effective getting clicks if one had an interesting page up, but wouldn't it conflict with links preselected by the parking company?

Are you talking about parking a domain and having a website on it? Or something like what godaddy does when you have a domain name but no host or website pointing to that domain yet?

If you are talking about parking a domain while maintaining a website on it...I do not think it is possible.
