Parking and Google

Will Google search for parking domains?

If I buy incartechnology.com will it get ranked when I park it at, say, Sedo? Or must I buy something more simple like car.com? Given that most of the one word domains are sold this might get tricky!

I would like replies from people who actually have parked domains in the past, please.

    Matt.

I guest Google can find it.
If they look for DNS, it's easy to know if your domain in parked in the main company

Parked domains can appear in Google search results.

However, unless they're extremely generic, they're not going to rank very highly.

In general, the more generic the domain, the more organic clicks you'll get from a parked page.
