you probably get 0 traffic. i have never seen legitimate people have such difficulty getting accounts if they really carry any traffic.

Go with Sedo to start with. If your names were good enough, then the other parking providers would accept you, if not, then just find the best one for your names that accpet you.
this is a scam for sure, jsut for fun i poked him. He says he wants to give you 400 domains for free for an existing parked account. I figured the reason why he needs for someone to give him THEIR account is that hes banned for click fraud. He also expects a minimum of 5 domains in the account making like 2$ a day each... I have his list of 400 or so domains on a text file. all i checked are pretty much new registers and most start with the word WEEK. and CAR. hahahah....silly noob
If you have 400 domains, you will not have problems to get an account. Submit the best domains you have and wait some days. Otherwise you can start with Sedo. It's easy to obtain an accont with Sedo furthermore your domains will be listed for sale
