The competitive ad filters in Adsense is a joke.
Considering putting parked pages into the content network is profitable and .info is only like 99 cents. They can just keep creating new ones. I've added like 20 .info pages into my adfitler in the past 7 days and they keep on coming. The genius of it is they all are keyword rich domains like aboutmedicalworms.info or something like that, so if the page is about worms, then 2 or 3 of these domains popup in the ads or if the page is about mosquito bites a domains like aboutmosquitobites.info will appear.
I will soon run out spots in my ad filter at this rate.

When does anyhere think they'll improve the ad filter? I think being able to filter out any .info would be a good start. Or maby more transparency. I bet its only a few advertisers doing this. So if you blacklist the advertiser altogether if you think there a mfa spammer on the network problem is solved. Like you could lookup the domain being used on the network and it might say "advertiser ID 93838" so you could just ad 93838 ID to your filter and done with it..
