    Hello,

I'm evaluating several host options to host my sites. But there's some terms that I have to know first:

What does mean having 10 parking domains?

    Thanks,

    JP

It means that you will be allowed to host up to 10 domains into the same main hosting account.

in example, if you own jonhy-pear.com, that is your main hosting account

then, you can add other 10 domains that you own pointing to jonhy-pear.com
those domains are not given away, you need to purchase them elsewhere, not requisite though.

Different names, but displaying the same content of the main account.

Addon domains are those that allow you to creat individual directories so each addon domain can have their own content, but that does not occur with parded domains.

I'm not so good to explain technically how this works so hope you got it ;)

Parking means a domain pointing already exisiting website. This domain itself will not have a different content or pages..

Like if you have yourname.com and yourname.org and yourname.info , you can host .com or any domain with the suitable pages.. and still point your other domains to the same pages.. So these domains are said to be parked.

    this is what I think..
