    Hi,

Anyone can enlight me what is average parked domain revenue per visitor?

Someone approached me and want to lease it's domain, which, he claims gets up to 10000 uniques/day. I checked arround, and yes, it's possible that domain has that much visitors (PR5, has alexa...). But, he claims it bring him more than $100/day, and if leased he wants more than that. Site category is Games, and for me, it's just impossible to have $100/day for 4-10K uniques. On the other hand, I never had parked domain with such traffic. I belive it's possible he can get a great ctr, because there are only ads on that domain, but still more than $100 for a 4-10 Unique???

    Cheers,
    N.

Who is the person trying to lease you his domain name? Someone who's reputation can be checked? A member on this or another forum? I suggest that you look around before taking a step towards purchasing a deal that sounds incredibly convenient at first glance.

No, he's not a member here, at least not that I would know. And no, I will not sign a year contract for leasing a domain for $150/day just like that, don't worry. Probably, there will not be any deal, I believe he over value this domain a lot, but anyway, I want to research whole this parked domains thing anyway.

He's lying. No one really makes that much off of a parked domain unless if its something like gooogle.com. People who make a living off of parked domains usually have dozens of them.

First rule of the Digital Point Forums: Everyone lies.

why not ask him to let you have a trial to see if it really does earn that much.

I dont think this is authentic, because if he is already earning 100/per day wouldnt pple be approaching him instead of he approaching pple?

anyway, I do believe domain parking can earn, but its really dependent on the domain name at hand.

I only earn a few cents, 1 - 2 dollars at best off my domains.
