OP, you can check this Namedrive domain parking review although it's not very recent and I suppose the CPC there won't be much different than Sedo's.

Is Namecheap's parking a real monetizing one so you can earn money or is it they just provide you with a page for free until you change it with your intended website.

Go to DomainApps.com and you can actually use your Parked.com username and password and it will bring up all your websites and info and also they have the money that Parked.com owes you.
I guess they just took over all of Parked.com's customers.

Sites like parked.com are a complete waste of time. In fact, according to sedo's own annual accounts the average parked domain at sedo LOSES $5 a year (after registration costs are included).

Do you actually believe this? The only reason the average domain name parked at Sedo loses $5 a year is because most of the domains listed there simply don't get any traffic. This doesn't mean there are not other names making thousands of dollars.

Yes im in domainapps.com and still make a money with them.. All my credentials are transfer automatically. Im just wondering why youre not.

Park your domain would never make any traffic. There are various ways to make traffic with your new domain. All you need to do is google :)

I parked dozens of domains at Sedo. As soon as I switched to Parked.com, I started making a lot more money. I'm sorry to see Parked.com die.

This is absolutely not correct. There are many parked domain names that get substantial traffic and some making very good money.

Yes, im agree. But while we have talked about traffic and revenue. there are various of traffic, Exist backlink, typo in type in, and much more.. Remember, each domain parking company has their own algorithm to create stats point for each domainer, which called with TQ.

This is what i have talked about purchased new domain and parked domain after you got access to domain is not really good.

I have this year been traveling around a lot, and did not check my domains regularly - so the parked.com bust came as a big surprise.

I went to DomainApps.com, but neither my user name nor my mail were accepted, I always got a message "Login Error. We did not find an account with the email address and password entered. Please try again."

I have contacted DomainApps customer support, to see whether I can get my money and access to the history of my domains, but did not have any feedback yet (I assume they must have a huge backlog).

In any case, this is not serious. That kind of attitude of not even notifying your customers can break a company. Now, I do not know whether DomainApps has bought Parked. com, or whether that latter went bankrupt or similar and DomainApps got the whole stuff, but even if Parked.com did not send out a mail to its customers, DomainApss SHOULD have sent one informing them that they were taking over. As stated, the whole did does not look like something that a serious company would do.

I'd say it has to do with dropping parking domain revenue and this lawsuit.
