I really would like to get more information about parking my domain names on adsense.

Can I still optimize the domain like a normal website?

Is it better or worse to do??

    Help me here.

By using adsense on your domains, you won't have any tools to optimize the domain nor creating a website.

it would be a parked domain containing google ads.

You cannot create a site for parked domains. If you create a site, it will no longer be a parked domain.
