I don't know how Alexa works, so I can not comment. Anyway, all the stats are accurate.

I have one site with 2900+ uniques a day, and it is Alexa rank 548,710. I have 10x the visitors as your site, but higher alexa number.

Alexa does not translate into exact uniques or anything of the sort. That type of extrapolation leads to posts like yours.

 

A couple of questions-

First, the site comes up as PR1 for me, not PR3 as suggested in your post. How long has this been the case? I'm seeing reports of PR3 from some PR checkers, but I'd like to know if the PR is headed down on this site for some reason. It looks like on SitePoint HERE that the domain was PR4.

Second, looking through your referrer stats, I'm wondering who www.ecashtraffic.com is? Any explanation on that, as it accounts for 30K hits?

Finally, you are saying that most of your traffic originates from Yahoo, but I'm only seeing 63 backlinks, and a link check for what I would consider obvious keywords like "paris hilton photos" doesn't yield any results for your site. What keywords are your search visitors using to find your site?

I'm very interested in bidding, but I need some answers on those issues before I can determine what I'm willing to spend.

As Hyena just confirmed, the site is ranked number 3 in Yahoo for the term Paris Hilton Photos. A number of other search engines (which I presume are based on Yahoo's technology (Inktomi?) also rank this site in the top 10.

THE PR was PR4 up to the last update, and it is now PR3. This is probably because I have spent less time maintaining link exchanges. But since only a very small proportion of visitors come from Google, this isn't really a problem.

Back in May 2006, when the site first started, I purchased paid traffic (not knowing any better). I did not have adsense up at the time (this is why I only provide stats from September). ECashTraffic is the referrer who accounted for this traffic. I suggest that you ignore this entry in the referrer screenshot, as they have no sent any traffic since the end of may/june (at which time I started ranking highly in search engines).

Again, and as I stated in the first post, all of the traffic now is organic and comes (in it's majority) from Yahoo. As for the keywords that I am using, I obviously get traffic for "paris hilton photos", but also from "paris hilton", "paris hilton videos" , "paris hilton home videos", and "parishiltonphotos".

because that's where the script is installed. This is the default location where godaddy installs the script. It's a 301 redirect that is search engine friendly

I will have to ask the bidder. Some bidders like to keep their names confidential. I would assume that if they PM me it is to not make their bid publically associated with their user name. In any case, it doesn't really matter because that bid is too low.. it isn't even 9 months revenue.

Again, I am looking for around 12 months revenue ($1500+).

Any specific reason for your selling this site. All are there any Google Analytics stats available or even Awstats will do.

 

Yes, I am selling the site because I need the money for 2 projects (1. my domain renewals are coming up, and even though I am a GoDaddy corporate customer, I still pay in the thousands a year for domains, and 2. I need to support an advertisement campaign on a forum that I administer). So I need the money.

All the stats that are avaliable are posted on the first page including adsense ad impressions, traffic, page requests, file requests, and referrer data.
