Try opening a dispute or issue a chargeback on your credit card.

You may be coverered my paypal, but they tend not to take sides when it comes to webdesign or non- tangable goods!

Dont do feedback for a few days though, If you do a bad feedback then he be bothered to try and sort out!

I was bypass paypal and do a charge back after a few days!

On his profile it will show you when he logged in last,(11th december) also check your private messages see if he has read your sent messages, if it shows unconfirmed then he hasnt read it.
Give him the benifit of the doubt first, doing threads like this only after a day is bad!

If you bought an intangiable item a.k.a a Virtual Item from him, then paypal isn't gonna refund your money. Paypal don't handle deals involving virtual items. You'll lose that dispute almost immediately. If you bought a physical item (book, CD, etc.) from him, then you can open a dispute. Your best bet is to go to your bank and let them handle it.

Wait for a couple of days and open dispute in PayPal if you don't receive a reply.

He has good feedback from a member with 18 itraders - I'd wait another day or two then if he hasn't contacted you do a chargeback.

You can open the dispute but there's no guarantee paypal will reverse the transaction. Try to talk to the seller and make sure you cover enough evidence and then open the dispute and then call paypal immediately , that will make your case more powerful .. PayPal isnt always friendly for buyers. specially if you aren't from UK or US
