Ok no offense but your site is brand new (registered May 30th) and you want at least $100 for it, BIN 500 (LOL)? It's not even on google, AT ALL. Basically you installed wordpress, slapped a new theme on, installed adsense deluxe (i'm guessing), added a few rss feeds with cron job, ran the update script and bam, you have yourself a blog which you are trying to sell. Sites like that take 10 minutes to setup, no longer - and that includes registering the domain / changing name servers. It's worth as much as it cost to register that .com domain in my eyes, sorry I won't let someone get ripped off by this.

Ahhhh, FuzzyLogic, where do I begin...

First: You are missing most of what the site is! The RSS feeds is just an extra. This site comes with 2,300+ articles that are already in the database and will go 'live' every 6 hours for the next 18 months. These articles are NOT from RSS feeds. Please read my entire listing.

Second: I'm not forcing you or anyone to buy it at starting bid or BIN. I'm mearly offering it up for sale.

Third: I don't look at it as anyone getting ripped off. I don't live my life like that. If you know how to promote a site or this site complements other sites that you may own, it could quickly pay for itself, whether you pay $100 or $500 or anything in between. If it doesn't sell I will GLADLY keep this site, for the domain name alone!

Fourth: You are right, there is no secret as to when i set-up the site and what the backend is.. Most of the information you stated in your post I stated in my initial listing:
    1. but your site is brand new (registered May 30th)
Age of Site: Brand new - Turnkey
    2. It's not even on google, AT ALL.
Age of Site: Brand new - Turnkey. (And if you look at the blog stats there are no links coming to the site. It's Brand New! ;))
    3. Basically you installed wordpress
      Built with Wordpress
    4. slapped a new theme on
Great looking and the theme matches the content
I have offered this information in my listing. There are NO secrets and I want to be as forthcoming and transparent as possible. No need to check PR (there is none) or WHOIS or the "Powered By Wordpress" at the bottom of every page. ;)

Fifth: I am not forcing anyone to buy it. Please don't clutter this thread with opinions. And if you just have to post your opinion, please read the entire listing before stating what the site really is!

    Thanks,
    Eric

How are new articles listed? Is there a script that you have to run to update?

    Hi,

    thanks for your interest.

Basically the articles are stored in the database with a date. If the date is in the past, the article will appear on the site. If the date is still in the future, it will remain hidden until the date comes. Does that make sense?

There is no update script that you need to run to get the articles to appear. They will appear automatically. The articles don't require a cron job or any anything like that. Once they are in your database, you are ready to go!

Just to make the distinction, the rss feeds will require a cron job which I will set-up for you during installation if you have cPanel. If running cron jobs on your server is impossible, the RSS feeds can still be updated manually. The RSS feeds run independent of the articles.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Eric

Thanks for the heads up but this is stated in Google's Program Policies:

I wonder why they warned you...

Anyway, I'm looking forward to your bin. :)

The reason why you got warned is because you blatantly said VISIT OUR SPONSORS. It's like asking people to click on the ads. That is against TOS with both YPN and Adsense.

Now that you posted the site, you may need to fix it before Yahoo sees it.

Good question, and if it doesn't then it would be a worthwhile addition :)

@FuzzyLogic: There has obviously been some investment of time in this site. It might not be hard to do, but it is a great little package. I sure couldn't do that much work in $100 worth of time.

    Bid: $110.

    Thanks - pilks.
