Paragraph position problem in IE.

    Here is the site www.thebeatfm.net/ieee/main.html
    I am try hard to perfectly place the paragraph " Welcome to the official....." and " You too can join......" in IE. I have tested my site both on chrome and firefox and show perfect placement but IE shows quite different and bad. IE also displace my links "Read more" and "John Doe, Awesome Firm".
    Please me guys.

    Ive tried that, it seems the site is down for me, it won't load at all.
