ParadiseGrove.com - Australian Resort Domain w/ Page and Revenue

I am selling a domain I have owned for quite some time now...

The domain was a drop that I nabbed up. It used to be the homepage of a really cool resort down in Australia. The resort still exists, they just simply let their domain expire. I guess they aren't too bright.

I attempted to sell the domain to them once over half a year ago, and they didn't seem like it bothered them that I snatched it.

Anyway, the site has a VERY HIGH CTR, because people go to the site for one reason, and they seem to click the ads I have placed on it.

The overall traffic is low, but if someone wanted a domain to hang onto for a while, this thing can help a little portfolio.

I had the site parked at Sedo for quite some time, but then decided to make my own customized parking page using Adsense. This has turned out MUCH BETTER.

The clicks are much more valuable, and the rate of clicks are higher.

Revenue to date is: $1.80 with a CTR of 10%!

The adsense ads that I am getting revenue data from are only over a month old.... so a little marketing and you have a serious goldmine.
