Selling Panoramio-like site for sale

I am selling CityPics.org, a site with an extremely similar concept/idea as Google's Panoramio *)

The site is based on a custom PHP script with a MySQL backend database. The site used to be rather dormant in the last years so do not expect fundamental traffic anymore.

The buyer will receive the .org domain - paid until April 23, 2013 - the entire code base for the site (including full rights of course) and the complete content database (copyright here will remain naturally with the uploaders though).

Any traffic or earnings?

 

There is some minor revenue but overall neglectable. As mentioned initially the site has been rather dormant in recent years.
