Hi, my website's page rank and also keywords search ranking drop early this month. Is it something to do with panda update? Thanks in advance.
No Updates as far as I know - Your rankings could just be 'dancing' around. Have you been consistently doing SEO work on your site?
If you were using some of the larger blog networks for promotion is likely you might have been effective as google has deindexed a lot of the private blog and article distribution networks. It could be that your competitors are doing more work than you and could simply be the google dance and your listing settle at where the search engines thing they should be based on your current promotion efforts
My ranking drop start end of last month. Most the external link come from article website, so not sure what cause the ranking drop.
I m a Tech blogger and I lost 5-6k traffic out of 16k in just 1 day ,, still there are 5 days ,,did not get back recover yet..
No Panda U[date is there - It is a Web indexing system it calls Caffeine, which crawls the Web more quickly, updating Google’s index of Web sites continuously instead of every couple of weeks.
wow! Thanks. Does it mean if we continue doing good SEO activities will helps to reflect the result faster? I can see my keyword search result jump every one or two days.
Google Panda is the new Google algorithm that was released on February 24.It is a improvement to google’s search algorithm which helps google to fight content robbers and spammers. This will affect a webpage if it has: 1-Empty content on web pages 2- High Ad ratio 3- Too many repeated keywords 4- Template footprint 5-Grammatical errors
u shud review review your on-page factors. review all the backlinks pointing to your site. if possible, remove any low quality backlinks. build high quality relevant content on your site and also in your backlinks.
well i m not sure abt the recent updates of the google panda coz i had found the same issue with my site and looks to me that there is a reent update of google panda
HI, Friend's I think Google Panda is a change to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was first released in February 2011. The change aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites", and return higher-quality sites near the top of the search results.CNET reported a surge in the rankings of news websites and social networking sites, and a drop in rankings for sites containing large amounts of advertising. This change reportedly affected the rankings of almost 12 percent of all search results. Soon after the Panda rollout, many websites, including Google's webmaster forum, became filled with complaints of scrapers/copyright infringers getting better rankings than sites with original content. At one point, Google publicly asked for data points to help detect scrapers better. Google's Panda has received several updates since the original rollout in February 2011, and the effect went global in April 2011. To help affected publishers, Google published an advisory on its blog, thus giving some direction for self-evaluation of a website's quality.
